Itinerary

Day 1 : Waikkal

Welcome to Sri Lanka! On arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, your chauffeur-guide will meet you and drive to your coastal hotel in Waikkal to relax after your long flight to the beach hotel.

Day 2 : Udawalawe

This morning, travel to Udawalawe (approx. 3.5h). In the afternoon, visit the Elephant Transit Home, then head back to your hotel.

Day 3 : Udawalawe

Start the day with an early morning and our driver-guide will take you to Safari Jeep for a drive in Udawalawe National Park, home to over 500 wild elephants and many other species. Return to your hotel to relax before an afternoon safari.

Day 4 : Yala

After breakfast, travel to Yala (approx. 2h). In the afternoon, review the rest of your program with your private chauffeur guide. Enjoy your first glimpse of the wildlife and scenery in Yala National Park.

Day 5 : Yala

It’s Safari Time! Enjoy a full-day safari at Yala National Park with professional safari rangers. Yala is the most visited and second largest national park in Sri Lanka, situated in the southeast region of the island.

Day 6 : Yala

Continue your wildlife adventure with another full-day safari in Yala National Park. Explore different blocks of the park, each offering unique landscapes and wildlife viewing opportunities.

Day 7 : Koggala

After a leisurely breakfast, drive to the south coast to your beautiful beachside property in Koggala (approx. 3h). Spend the afternoon relaxing by the beach or pool.

Day 8 : Koggala

Enjoy a day of relaxation at your beachside retreat. Optionally, you can go on a whale-watching trip in Mirissa, take a cycling tour in a nearby village, visit a turtle hatchery, or explore the Galle Fort.

Day 9 : Koggala

Continue to enjoy the activities around your property or relax on the beach. If you feel adventurous, you can try some of the optional activities suggested previously.

Day 10 : Colombo

Drive back to Colombo for your final night (approx. 2.5h). En route, visit a turtle hatchery and a mask museum in Ambalangoda. Spend the night at Colombo.
