Itinerary

Day 1 : Colombo
Welcome to Sri Lanka! On arrival, you will be met by our English-speaking Chauffeur Guide and the Airport staff who will offer assistance. Travel to your city hotel in the commercial capital of Sri Lanka.

Day 2 : Colombo
After breakfast, enjoy a city tour of Colombo, Sri Lanka’s commercial capital. Explore the many malls and shopping complexes or enjoy a night cycle ride at 18:30 to discover the city's history and its most prominent landmarks.

Day 3 : Sigiriya
After breakfast, proceed to Sigiriya. Spend the day relaxing by the pool or exploring the town.

Day 4 : Sigiriya & Minneriya
Enjoy a romantic early morning hot air balloon ride to gaze upon the picturesque landscapes from above the clouds. If you’re feeling adventurous, visit Minneriya National Park for a safari tour to see the majestic wildlife in their natural habitat.

Day 5 : Sigiriya to Kandy
Set off early in the morning to visit the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, an ancient fortress with remnants of a bygone kingdom. Then, travel to Kandy, stopping at the spice gardens en route. Feel free to purchase some spices that bring out the flavors of Sri Lanka.

Day 6 : Kandy
After breakfast, take part in a city tour of Kandy, the last kingdom of the Sri Lankan kings. Visit The Temple of the Tooth Relic, a significant Buddhist site housing the Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha. Spend the rest of your day relaxing by the hotel pool.

Day 7 : Kandy to Hatton
At approximately 12:20, board the Expo Rail to Hatton. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of villages, lush green tea estates, gorgeous waterfalls, and majestic mountains. In the afternoon, relax at the hotel after your scenic train ride.

Day 8 : Hatton
After breakfast, enjoy a sightseeing tour with a visit to a Tea Factory/Plantation. Experience firsthand the art of plucking and making tea, talk to the friendly locals and enjoy a warm cup of tea. Spend your afternoon relaxing or taking a short walk to enjoy the hill scenery.

Day 9 : Hatton to Galle
Head to Galle after breakfast. The South coast is known for its beaches and the iconic Galle Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Spend the rest of your day relaxing on the soft sandy beaches and listening to the calming sounds of the waves.

Day 10 : Galle
After breakfast, conduct a city tour including a visit to the Galle Fort, built in 1588 by the Portuguese and later taken over by the Dutch in the 17th century. End the evening on the beach before your final day in paradise.

Day 11 : Departure
Proceed to the airport in time for your connecting flight.
