Itinerary

Day 1 : Colombo

Welcome to Sri Lanka! On arrival, you will be met by our English-speaking Chauffeur Guide and the Airport staff who will offer assistance. Travel to your city hotel in the commercial capital of Sri Lanka.

Day 2 : Colombo

After breakfast, enjoy a city tour of Colombo, Sri Lanka’s commercial capital. Explore cultural and historic sites with our tour guide, including Colombo's biggest and most famous Pettah Market. Spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure.

Day 3 : Bandaragama

This morning, leave for an extensive agro-village experience in Bandaragama. Explore rubber tapping, pineapple gardens, coconut oil making, a banana garden with over 70 varieties, local cigar making, coconut toddy tapping, and tea plucking at a low-grown tea garden.

Day 4 : Kandy

Today, travel to Kandy by road, where you will find some of Asia's most impressive religious sights. Your chauffeur guide will pick you up and drive you to your hotel. The rest of the afternoon is at your leisure.

Day 5 : Kandy

After breakfast, visit a traditional drum-making professional to learn about traditional drums' historical and cultural significance. In the afternoon, visit the Temple of the Tooth, where the relic of Buddha's Tooth is kept.

Day 6 : Kandy

In the morning, visit the Ceylon Tea Museum, where James Taylor introduced tea cultivation to Sri Lanka in the 1860s. Enjoy a street food tour in the evening, taste different varieties of street food and traditional Sri Lankan sweets.

Day 7 : Sigiriya

Travel to Sigiriya, home to the ancient Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Spend the afternoon exploring the fortress and its surroundings or relaxing at your hotel.

Day 8 : Sigiriya & Minneriya

Enjoy a romantic early morning hot air balloon ride to view the picturesque landscapes from above. Later, visit Minneriya National Park for a safari tour to see wildlife in their natural habitat.

Day 9 : Ella

Travel to Ella, a small town known for its breathtaking views and hiking trails. Explore the Nine Arches Bridge and take a short hike to Little Adam's Peak. Spend the evening relaxing at your hotel.

Day 10 : Yala

Drive to Yala, known for the highest density of leopards in the world. Relax this evening in preparation for the next day's safari.

Day 11 : Yala

Start early with a jeep safari in Yala National Park to spot leopards and other wildlife. Return to the hotel for lunch and relaxation.

Day 12 : Weligama

Travel to Weligama, a coastal town famous for its beaches. Spend the rest of the afternoon at your leisure.

Day 13 : Weligama

Enjoy a day at the beach or by the pool. Optionally, go on a whale-watching trip in Mirissa, explore a nearby village by bicycle, visit a turtle hatchery, or tour the Galle Fort.
